I Description of insulation paper folding machine:
This machine is mainly for folding interlaminar insulation paper used in dry-type transformer or amorphous transformer windings. After wound in the coil, such folded insulation paper will form the end-insulation, thus increases mechanical intensity, winding efficiency of coil and decreases the material cost.
This machine is similar to American machine, either in structure or folding principle, high productivity and reliability.
Insulation paper edge folding machine, insulation paper making machine, interlaminar insulation folding machine, for interlaminar insulation paper used in transformer coils, windings.
It folds the both edges evenly, high speed and efficiency.

III Buildup and function of insulation paper folding machine:
1. decoiling device; 2. leading device; 3. hole perforating device; 4. folding guider; 5. folding device; 6. tension device; 7. recoiling device;
8. electric control system and pneumatic system.
3.1 Decoiling device: pneumatic expansion, shaft diameter 76mm; Equipped with pneumatic damper for adjusting tension of paper;
3.2 Leading device: comprised of one set of stainless steel rollers and idler wheels, guiding device, to avoid paper deviating, also keep paper in tension transversely for next hole perforating.
3.3 Hole perforating device: Two perforating rollers, pneumatic pressing, pressure can be adjusted.
3.4 Folding guider: comprised of fixed bracket, active bracket, right & left slipways, forming wheels. Slipways are adjustable for different width, made by aluminum alloy. Forming wheels are mounted on the active bracket (also made by aluminum alloy) for adjusting the positions of forming wheels to keep good forming result. After paper comes out this guider, the paper on both sides are vertical already.
3.5 Folding device: there are five stations folding rollers on both sides. They will fold the vertical side to the paper horizontally.
3.6 Hauling & tension device: comprised of motor, gear box, synchronizing wheel system and clutch, is the main power of the whole machine. The clutch keeps synchronization between hauling device and recoiling device. Working pneumatic pressure on the clutch can be adjusted for controlling the recoiling tension.
3.7 Recoiling device: same as decoiling device, pneumatic expansion, shaft diameter 76mm.
3.8 Electric control system and pneumatic system:
This machine is inverter control speed adjusted, wide speed adjustment range, stable and reliable.
Inverter is Mitsubishi from Japan;
Electric components are Schneider brand, from joint ventures in China.
Pneumatic system is centralized control, adopted with muffler. Pneumatic parts are AirTAC from Taiwan.
