This machine is specially designed for welding the rounded part from the first rounding step.
It is PLC control, touch screen operation, linear guide guiding, manual operation or automatic operation. All the actions such as clamping, melting, upsetting, are hydraulic driven.
Clamping jaws are made by cast steel, long life.
Conductive parts are of high conductivity, made from wear-resistant Cr-Al-Mn-Zr-Cu alloy.
Primary windings of welding transformer have good thermal-resistance, anti-shock and insulation performance; Secondary windings have good conductivity and cooling effect.
