This machine is special for welding steel wire frameworks used in dedusting bags. The framework can be round or oval.
Main Technical Data:
1) Diameter of finished framework: 50-200mm
2) Suitable steel wire: Low carbon steel or stainless steel
3) Steel wire diameter: 2mm-6mm
4) Number of longitudinal wire: 6, 8, 12, 14 piece

I Description:
This line is for producing framework used as the filter cage in dedusters.
II Main features:
- Bigger cage diameter: 100-300mm
- Bigger wire diameter: 2-6mm
- Wide suitable raw material: carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, galvanized steel wire
- Equipped with KDF0510 PLC controller which is possible for customer choosing one-clamping and one-welding or two-welding working method according to power supply.
- By changing welding plate and quantity & position of cylinders, you can produce different size cages.
