I Description of the machine
This paper covering machine is for taping insulation papers to flat copper/alumininum copper used for transformer windings. 
There are two covering heads, each can tape two layers, two for left direction, two for right direction, 
total 4 layers.

 Suitable copper/alumininum conductor: 
---Flat copper/aluminum wire
---Width: 2~10mm
---Thickness: 1~5mm
---Width/thickness ratio: 0.4~12

Suitable insulation paper:
--- Width: 10~30mm

II Buildup of the line: comprised of one pneumatic pay-off stand, main machine, one horizontal take-up stand and electric control system.
