ZHQC100 Semi-automatic COS Machine

I Description
Semi-automatic COS machine is the special equipment developed for the pole group welding of lead-acid car battery. The complete set is composed of a group of pole group clamping-arranging system, brushing lugs and flux, cast-on-strap system and electric control system (see the equipment layout). The production environment meets the requirements of environmental protection industry with environmental dust collecting device. The automatic COS machine has obtained patent.

II Main Features
2.1 The machine is a rotary four-position machine. The first station: loading and clipping pole group; the second station: brushing lugs and dipped in flux; the third station: casting; the fourth station: taking out the pole group by worker.
2.2 The rotary is pneumatic, intermittent and lifting. When moving 90 °, the machine rises and falls. The holder can achieve 180° flip.
2.3 The environmental protection: as the lead pot adopts fully enclosed design, in the above of the pot and casting position it has reserved the environmental dust collecting device.
2.4 Control system: in order to do the power, pneumatic components, servo and motor adopt, PLC, touch screen and alarm light. It can store data (easy for adjustment).
2.5 Carry on automatic high voltage short circuit test before group being inserted into tank, to achieve better consistency.
