The type and application of spray materials:
1.Aluminum oxide:white,fusing point~2050. Because of its high hardness,it may be applied as wear resistant coating on machine sealing,plunger and shaft. It is also resistant to acid,alkaline and salt corrosion.
2.Aluminum-Ti hybrid ceramic:with the increase of Tio²,coating color changes from light gray into bluish black with fusing point~about 1800. Coating has low porosity and good fineness after being polished and it will not generate static during application,so Aluminum-Ti ceramic coating is extensively applied in chemical fiber spinning and weaving,printing and dye printing.
3.Cr₂O₃:greenish black,compact coating,good fineness after being polished. It has good chemical stability and it does not dissolves into acid,alkaline,salt and other solvent,so such coating is extensively applied in various corrosive mediums. Besides,its hardness is equivalent to tungsten carbide and cobalt carbide,so it can be used in wear resistant situation.
4.ZrO₂:white,fusing point~2860. It is used in protection on high temperature fuelgas erosion resistant element and preparation of thermal barrier coating.

Auxiliary equipment requirements:
1.Air comprsser:the one with discharge capacity of 1.8M³/min can be applied to one spray gun. If sand blasting is taken into consideration,air compressor with discharge capacity of 3M³/min should be used.
2.Gas bag with volume of 0.6~1M³ and air filter are applied to achieve requirements for stable gas delivery and clean compressed air.
