Copper tube welding in air conditioner / referigerator / heat exchanger manufacturing usually adopts two welding methods: induction brazing and flame brazing. For mass production, flame brazing should be used, as it is of high automation.

This machine is designed in graduated turn-table structure, adopting flame brazing technology for welding copper tubes together.
Turn-table has 6 stations, each station has one fixture:
- Station 01: blank tube loading
- Station 02: inspecting
- Station 03: preheating
- Station 04: flame brazing
- Station 05: cooling
- Station 06: unloading
