I Description of condenser serpentine pipe bending machine
This machine is specially designed for bending multiple round Bundy / copper / aluminum tubes to be serpentine shape for refrigerator / fridge condensers.
Bundy / copper / aluminum tubes for this machine is straight, pre-cut.
This machine is comprised of auto clamping & feeding device, auto bending head and PLC control system.
This machine is PLC control, HMI operation. Feeding length and bend quantity can be preset on the touch screen and total 270 programs can be saved for future use.
By using servo motor feeding and ball screw transmitting, re-positioning accuracy is very high.
Spindle is driven by servo motor and planetary reducer, high torque.
