I Description of fin punching press
JF series air conditioner fin punching lines are specially designed for producing aluminum & copper fins for air conditioners and heat exchangers.

Line buildup:
- Aluminum foil decoiler, single-head, active decoiling, phototube controlling
- Oil-through device, with oil leveller
- JF high speed punching press + high precision die + PLC control pulling device
- Die auto lubricating device and oil spraying waste device
- Pneumatic fin absorbing device
- Movable double-station fin collecting device
- PLC control system, displaying punching angle, stroke, hole number, stacking quantity, etc.
