This full automatic stainless steel reduced Tee manifold pipe punching machine is specially designed for Reducing Tee collaring with three working stations, one station for punching a hole first the second station for collaring hole and the third station for milling hole top surface.
This reduced tee collaring machine adopts a working principle different to T-drill Pulling Tee working method, but internal-pushing-up collaring method, much quicker, more even, better consistency.
This machine is four-axis servo control and so it can not only punch one row holes on round pipes or rectangular pipes, or any special shape pipes, but also holes on any positions on round pipes.
By using dual feeding/pulling, the machine can punch reducing tee collar holes at any length of the pipe, no terminal margin limit.
