Bar plate heat exchanger has compact structure, high performance and longer using life, high pressure capability. It can endure high vibration working conditions. And so this kind of heat exchanger is widely used in heavy duty and high pressure industry working application, like Railway, Electronic, Hydraulic & Lubricant System, Compressed Air & Gas, New Generation, Automotive and Various Industry Applications.

To produce this bar plate heat exchangers, below machines are needed:
I Aluminum sheet cut to length machine

This machine will straighten aluminum sheet coil and cut them into certain length.
Max. feeding speed: 100m/min
Max. cutting speed: 25~30 cuts/min
Cut to length error: +/- 0.1mm

II Aluminum fin punching press

There are internal fin and external fin in bar plate heat exchangers. So at least two fin punching presses will be used.

V Radiator core assembling machine
This machine is specially designed for assembling plate & fin lamination type heat exchanger cores.
Aluminum plates, internal fins, external fins, side sealing plates are manually applied.
The machine is capable for different size cores by adjusting tools only.
VI Vacuum brazing oven
ZLQ series vacuum aluminum brazing oven is mainly for brazing aluminum fin panel heat exchanger and other aluminum products in vacuum & low-temperature condition.
It can be also used for vacuum annealing and tempering.
This oven is full automatic control, with supervising, tracking and self-diagnosing functions.
