To produce this bar plate heat exchangers, below machines are needed:
I Aluminum sheet cut to length machine
This machine will straighten aluminum sheet coil and cut them into certain length.
Max. feeding speed: 100m/min
Max. cutting speed: 25~30 cuts/min
Cut to length error: +/- 0.1mm
II High speed aluminum fin punching press
There are internal fin and external fin in bar plate heat exchangers. So at least two fin punching presses will be used.
