I Usage
This production line is used for producing aluminum alloy ingots.
One production line is 40 tons per day, 12000tons per year (300days).

II    20 TONS rectangular aluminum melting furnace

 

      Usage

This machine is used for melting nonferrous metals (aluminum).

      Feature

2. The shell of furnace is 8mm steel plate, furnace wall is 16# channel steel.
3. The thickness of fireproofing of furnace wall is 500mm. The thermal insulation material is silicate insulation board

This machine is used for casting aluminum alloy ingot with continuous.
2 Feature

1. High speed, AC motor, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, automatic.
2. The ingot die is cast iron with Mn, longer life.
3. Cooling type of die is water cooling, which can promise longer life.
4. Pouring groove is made of steel structure shell and refractory castable.
