I Description 

The vertical die casting machine is suitable for producing the rotor. It can also be used for other aluminum, zinc castings.

II Main features 

2.1 Equipped with many processes: mould closing, pressure maintaining, slow pressure injection, quick pressure injection, pressurization (time can be set), delay of  pressure maintaining, pressure relief of injection cylinder, pressure relief of master cylinder, master cylinder return, pulling out the bottom mould, ejecting the product, ejecting the material, etc.

2.2Three operation modes: inching, manual and semi-automatic.

1)Inching: used for machine and mold adjustment.

2)Manual

3)Semi automatic: Simply pressing the send button once to complete the process

2.3 Slide downing distance, return height and pressure all can be adjusted within a certain range. When the pressure arrives the max, the machine will be in pressure maintaining state.

2.4 PLC from Mitsubishi

2.5 Hydraulic system uses the integrated cartridge valve, with many advantages: large flow, fast response, low noise, small leaks, reliable performance, beautiful appearance, low maintenance costs, easy maintenance and so on

2.6 Three injection functions: pressure maintaining, slow pressure injection, quick pressure injection, pressurization

2.7 All safety doors use pneumatic up and down opening door device, interlocking with electrical. Only the door closed, it can operate.(For safety, the injection can be set to manual control alone.)
