II Main Feature of automatic glove knitting machine
2.1 Head system: Triangular parts in the head are made of high quality Cr12 steel, fine milled by CNC lathe (By fine machining of CNC machine), vacuum heat treated, (vacuum heat treatment,), having high wear-resistance and impact resistance. (used to make this part accessories has high abrasion resistance and impact resistance)
2.2 Needle plate system: After being embedded with high accuracy pin plate and subsequent processing, needle plate will coordinate with head more reasonably. The sinker part moves flexibly and so it make gloves more consistent with hand.
 
After needle plate being embedded in the high accuracy of ejector pin, and then after the follow-up processing, make it and clearance of the nose become more reasonable.
