800T Low pressure casting machine for Al-alloy wheel
Low Pressure Casting Machine for Al-Alloy WheelI Breif introduction
Adopting four sets as a group in back-to-back layout, and three groups of 12 machines make the casting area equipped with the automatic casts manipulator and water cooling tank units. Water cooling tank adopts the stainless steel structure, the manipulator adopts the servo and multi-functional one which can greatly decrease the labor intensity, labor costs and improve the per output value and economic benefits.
This type low pressure casting machine adopts the bottom-immersion heating furnace of 800kgs and servo hydraulic system with the advantages of lowering the energy-consumption and al-liquid oxidation, and improving the casts production efficiency and other functions.
Equipment adopts strong frame-type structure with high positioning accuracy and four side-core structure; mold can be installed at 90 degree; holding furnace can lift vertically and move in&out horizontally; al-alloy wheels range from 12" to 26" can be casted. Adopting the new process, new materials and new design to improve greatly the production capacity, casts quality and decrease energy consumption.
