I Characteristics of reinforcing mesh welding machine:
1.1 This welding machine with frame structure is used PLC control, specially for welding rebar mesh, used in wall, floor pouring, bridge, tunnel, support in coal mines, etc.
1.2 The space between longitude is adjustable before welding; The space between each woof can be pre-set in the PLC (different spaces can be preset).
1.3 This machine is used of water-cooling welding transformer, and enlarged the range of wire diameters.
1.4 When welding a row of woof bar, the welding transformer will be worked separately, in order to reduce capacity requirements of power transformer and current shock.
1.5 Woof bar feeding device with stepper motor drive can be dropping rebars automatically, and the woof bar can be placed accurately.
