Automatic Silicon Steel Slitting Line

I Description of automatic silicon steel slitting line
This slitting line is special for cutting big silicon steel coil into strips for silicon steel cores used in transformer, current/voltage transformer and other electric apparatus.
This line is improved with automatic detecting system for whole line synchronization. Line speed adjustment can be easily achieved by rotating only one knob on control panel.
Control panel is equipped with PLC and HMI, simple and convenient operation. HMI will display pre-set length and length under recoiling.
Control panel is equipped with powerful cooling fan, suitable for high ambient temperature.
This line is equipped with encoder for length measuring.
