I Description of automatic air conditioner branch tube making machine

This machine is specially designed for decoiling, straightening, chipless cutting, end forming, and bending coil copper tubes into different shapes, used in air conditioners and heat exchangers. 
This machine is an integrated machine, combing straightening, end forming and bending together. There is robot manipulator automatically move end-formed parts to bending station.
The end forming station is designed in three-steps and with special forming device which is special for below typical Y-joints:

The machine is PLC control, HMI operation, full automatic, high uniformity, no labor required.
