Automatic thread-locking fluid coating machine
I Machine description
The automatic thread-locking fluid coating machine is used for coating the screws, bolts (excluding stainless steel bolts). It can automatically arrange the screws and automatically evenly coat glue or paint to the tooth position of the screws and air-dry the glued/painted screws.
It includes feeding, preheating(optional), coating, air drying, CDD testing, discharging.
II Main feature
2.1 Automatic arrangement of screws.
2.2 In order to ensure the glue thickness of the bolts after coating, the bolts can be heated before spraying glue (the high-frequency heating device and the Industrial chiller are optional).
2.3 It can adjust the number of teeth coated with glue/paint.
2.4 Unloading the material automatically.
2.5 Can equipped with CCD tester, no glue detection, glue position detection, glue size
detection.
2.6 Automatically air-dry the coated screws.
2.7 The equipment will not pollute each other in the whole production process.
2.8 Equipped with missing material alarm, stuck material alarm.
2.9 It can ensure that other parts of the screws are not viscous.
2.10 For the drying system, it includes two layers.
One layer is 10 meters air-dried. The screws are air-dried (the temperature can be set at room temperature-120 degrees), and the speed can be set arbitrarily.;
Second layer is air-dried or cooled in the rear section, with a length of 5 meters respectively (the temperature can be set at room temperature-70 degrees), and the speed can be set arbitrarily.
III Machine working flow
3.1 Put the screws into the vibrating plate manually
3.2 Start the air dry line
3.3 Start the glue coating equipment.
3.4 When the temperature of the air dry line reaches the set temperature, the vibrating plate
works and the screws are arranged into the glue filed.
3.5 The bolts are separated and adsorbed on the steel strip by the material dividing mechanism.
3.6 The steel strip brings the bolt into the preheating area and preheats the bolt through the
coating head.
3.7 The coated bolts enter the air dry line.
3.8 After being tested by CCD, the air-dried bolts enter the second layer and then flow out.
