The curing chamber is composed of the primary chamber, inside and outside actuating device, assistant chamber and control cabinet.

III Specific information
3.1 Structure Specification:
a. The inside surface of wallboard is made of stainless steel plate and strengthened by rib
reinforcement(SUS304), the outside surface is made of SUS304 steel plate and
strengthened by rib reinforcement. In the middle of the wall is PU insulating layer, waterproof, good performance in emerge saving. The thickness of insulating layer is 100mm.
b. The primary chamber is used for lay out the plate. The main chamber installed screen in both size. The material of screen is SUS304.
c. The auxiliary chamber installed above the primary chamber, the circulating fan and
humidification and heating device installed inside it.
d. The main motor, cooling air door and moisture damper are installed above the auxiliary chamber. Both two equipments are equipped with a pressure-cover.the wind levelling device is equipped in the transition of the auxiliary chamber and the main chamber.
e. The cover plate of curing chamber strengthens with special treatment, ensure the mechanical strength.
f. The door is double side open door type; the door is sealed with chamber by rubber strips. Rubber is also used to seal between the door and floor
3.2 Operational principle
a. Air distribution principle: Stereo airflow distribution type (patent), the blowing rate
almost same in each sides, reduce dead angel of air distribution. The air distribution
screen installed in both sides of the main chamber. the airflow blow out from the other side of screen after humidification and heating.
b.Humidification Methods: It uses compressed air to humidify in curing stage with low temperature, uniform pressure spray and good performance of atomization,(patent technology, obviously save water )when the temperature over 55ºC the steam humidify will be start.
Humidification method is programmed by program, automatic control, humidity can reach above 95% RH. When the temperature reached the set value, it can be forced to humidity to meet the requirement of high humidity curing. Spray and steam humidification can adjust the time.
c. Heating Methods: natural gas heating, the temperature controlled by PID, High-accuracy.
d. Temperature and humidity detection: It uses dry & wet sensor (PT100) to check the temperature and humidity, high accuracy, long lifetime, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, no condensation. Each unit is equipped with a set of detectors.

Dehumidification: the bottom equipped with exhaust duct, external equipped with exhaust fan, it has the function of high speed of moisture.
f. The touch screen shows the machine running and test date, and also the temperature and humidity curve. It records the history data, recording interval can be setted, and not lost the data when the power is failure. if every 5 min will have 1 record , the data can be save for 3 month. The record data can be exported from the touch screen to the computer in EXCEL format, or via USB device.
3.3 Machine display and control function and technical requirement:
a. Each curing chamber has independent control cabinet with Chinese and English It has fully control and display function.
b. The control core are PLC, touch screen and frequency converter, it could be programming 10 programs, for each program 20 stages, also the touch screen show the history records form. And also the running state of fan, spray nozzle device and airflow door.
c.
The alarms will be open in the situation of low pressure of compressed air, lack of water, unusual parameter, and unusual airflow; and it can show the alarm details and position for checking.
d. The software of operation has the function of encryption, only the right operator has the competence to operate the machine.
e.
The circular fan is SS drum-type fan. Frequency control, setting the working frequency of frequency converter, the working frequency could be setting for each stage of each program.
f.
The machine can be paused at anytime during automatic running, the pause time did not calculate in total time.
According to the difference requirements of plate , the program can be set as a group, it can achieve the function of "force", "control" in the automatic situation.
