BF300 Enveloping & stacking Machine

1. Description:

BF300 Enveloping & stacking m/c is for the plates enveloping and groups matching in the production of middle-sealed batteries.
This machine is composed of vacuum belt loading mechanism (3 sets), plate conveyor, separator paper unwinding mechanism, separator paper transport mechanism, separator paper cutting mechanism and the rotary stacking mechanism, group collecting mechanism, environmental protection, dust removal mechanism, and electrical control system, this machine can automatically and efficiently complete plate enveloping and stacking, the production environment meets the requirements of the environmental of this industry.
Process flow : Artificial feeding stack by stack- vacuum suck positive / negative / side negative plate (according to the stacking number of groups) - plate transport, separator transport - separator cutting, plate enveloping- plate match - plate group transport - collect group.
