I Description of the machine
This paper taping machine is for taping insulation papers to flat copper wire used for transformer windings.
The machine has two taping heads for taping max. 8 layers.

1. copper wire:

4. Section area: 8~100mm2
5. Width/thickness ratio: 0.4~12

1. insulation paper:

1. Width: 10~30mm
2. Thickness: 0.04~0.125mm

2.1 Horizontal pay-off stands, pneumatic tensioning
