Product Description

Rotorless Vulcanizer

I Description1. The machine can provide accurate data for optimal rubber formula combination, accurately measure parameters such as scorch time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization index, maximum and minimum torque.
2. The machine includes: mainframe, computer, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors and electrical interlock parts. Temperature measurement and control circuit can automatically track changes in the power grid and ambient temperature , modify PID parameters.
3. Data acquisition system and electromechanic interlock can automatically detect torque signal during rubber vulcanization process, display temperature value and set value in real time. After vulcanization, automatic processing, calculation and printing of vulcanization curve and process parameters. Display vulcanization time and vulcanization torque. Computer displays the vulcanization process in real time, can see the changes of "temperature" and "time-torque".
