Full Automatic Copper Elbow Machine

I Description of full automatic copper elbow machine
This machine is specially designed for making copper elbows, rotating-arm for multi-stations, combing two-end expanding and two-end ordering (chamfering) together.
This machine is capable for 90° elbow, or 45° elbow, or any other special degree elbow.

This machine has three working stations for expanding, ordering and unloading. Blank tubes are automatic fed by a vibrator feeding device:

Since there is no push-bending function insde the machine, blank tubes should be pre-bent by a return tube bender:

This machine is PLC control, HMI operation, no operator, full automatic!
By changing tooling/moulds, different sizes (in same shape) elbows can be produced.
