2. Flame Retardant & Eco-Friendly: The insulation materials, such as fiberglass, are self-extinguishing and will not produce arcs during short circuits. The resin remains non-toxic and does not emit harmful gases even under high heat, ensuring explosion-proof and pollution-free operation.
3. Moisture Resistance & Corrosion Protection: The non-hygroscopic coils and specially treated anti-corrosion core clamps allow for stable operation in 100% relative humidity or other harsh environments. No de-humidification is required after intermittent shutdowns.
4. High Impulse Withstand: Excellent resistance to short circuits and high lightning impulse levels.
5. Efficient Heat Dissipation: Thin resin layers on both inner and outer coil surfaces provide superior cooling. Standard units use Natural Air Cooling (AN), while Forced Air Cooling (AF) systems can be configured for any protection class to enhance short-term overload capacity and ensure safety.
