Designed for maximum reliability and safety, these units are the ideal power solution for critical environments and high-demand infrastructure, including:

Our 10kV-class SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12, and SC(B)13 series power transformers are among the first in China to receive official certification. These low-noise, low-loss cast resin dry-type transformers are the result of advanced design, premium materials, scientific formulations, rigorous craftsmanship, and high-standard testing.
Our products offer the following distinguished features:
1. Superior Mechanical Strength & Reliability: High-voltage windings are made of copper wire, while low-voltage windings utilize copper wire or foil. Reinforced with fiberglass felt and cast with unfilled epoxy resin under vacuum, the windings form a solid cylindrical structure. This ensures high mechanical strength, minimal partial discharge, and exceptional reliability.
2. Flame Retardant & Eco-Friendly: The insulation materials, such as fiberglass, are self-extinguishing and will not produce arcs during short circuits. The resin remains non-toxic and does not emit harmful gases even under high heat, ensuring explosion-proof and pollution-free operation.
3. Moisture Resistance & Corrosion Protection: The non-hygroscopic coils and specially treated anti-corrosion core clamps allow for stable operation in 100% relative humidity or other harsh environments. No de-humidification is required after intermittent shutdowns.
4. High Impulse Withstand: Excellent resistance to short circuits and high lightning impulse levels.
5. Efficient Heat Dissipation: Thin resin layers on both inner and outer coil surfaces provide superior cooling. Standard units use Natural Air Cooling (AN), while Forced Air Cooling (AF) systems can be configured for any protection class to enhance short-term overload capacity and ensure safety.
6. Energy Efficient & Maintenance-Free: Low loss levels and significant energy savings ensure economical operation and eliminate the need for routine maintenance.
7. Compact & Cost-Effective: The lightweight, small-footprint design reduces installation costs. No oil sumps, fire-fighting facilities, or backup power supplies for safety systems are required.
8. Optimized Load Center Placement: With no risk of fire or explosion, these units can be installed directly at the load center, minimizing cable costs and reducing investments in expensive low-voltage infrastructure.
