I Description of CNC copper tube collar hole punching machine
This machine is specially designed for punching collar holes on copper tubes in AC conditioners.
This machine adopts "extruder system", forming collars by pushing-out from tube inside, different to T-drill technology. Collar hole mouth is clean and even, no need further processing. So it is suitable for large scale production.
This machine is 2-axis servo motor driving, capable for punching collar holes on any positions of the tube (usually in two rows).
