I Description of the machine
This machine is used for brazing and heating of motor rotor guide bars. The equipment has strong professionalism, high degree of automation, simple operation, high welding quality of workpieces, no stress on the guide bars after welding, and no broken bars.
II Feature
1. Rated output power: 200kw, equipped with output transformer isolation;

III How to use

1. Heating steps: The welding resonance frequency of the motor rotor bar welding heating equipment: 6-10KHz automatic tracking, the temperature is heated to greater than the melting point of the solder, and the heating temperature is about 850 ºC.

 
IV Structure specification
4.1 The whole set of equipment consists of IGBT intermediate frequency power supply (using water cooling), capacitor cabinet, transformer, heating inductor, motor rotor bar brazing bed, temperature control system (including temperature control PLC, man-machine interface operation screen) chiller. Its structure is as follows:

4.2 Introduction of heating sensor:
According to the structural characteristics of the motor end ring, a unilateral bottom plane heating inductor is used, the cooling method of the inductor is water cooling, and the heating part is embedded with a high-frequency low-loss silicon steel sheet magnetic conductor to improve the heating efficiency.

4.3 Motor rotor bar brazing heating machine body
The motor rotor guide bar brazing bed has sufficient rigidity and durability, small thermal deformation, anti-fabrication and anti-corrosion, the lower frame is welded by section steel, and the platform surface is covered with high-temperature epoxy glass fiber insulation board and heat-resistant mica board, anti-magnetic, anti-magnetic hot.
4.4. Temperature automatic control system
The automatic temperature control system is composed of an infrared temperature sensor with laser alignment, a temperature regulator, and an operating table, which is dedicated to short-wave copper metal measurement by a famous German brand (confidential).


5. Chiller
5.1 Closed circulation industrial chiller: rated cooling power ≥ 64KW (to meet the rated power 50% duty cycle operation), water tank capacity: ≥ 200 liters. It has the protection functions of phase error, overload, water temperature and water level, and is linked with the power supply to provide water pressure detection and protection.
