III Workflow


First, fill nails into the hoist collection hopper, set data on the touch screen, start the machine, and the machine automatically and quickly fill the nails into weighing hopper device via lifter till to 90%~95% , next machine will measure the remaining number by the weight sensor, and then supplemented by the vibrating feeding system at the next station, and then the product is packed and transported through the U-shaped packing conveyor line.
