I.
Scope of Application & Advantages:
Core Functions: Equipped with abrasive belt grinding mechanism, rotary brush and polishing roller, this machine can remove hard burrs, perform edge rounding and complete surface polishing operations.
- It realizes one-pass processing of workpieces, suitable for various processes such as pre-grinding of metal sheets, burr removal of holes/edges/right-angle bevels, surface texture making and oxide scale cleaning;
- It effectively solves core pain points caused by manual polishing, such as low processing efficiency, serious dust pollution and poor consistency of workpiece processing.
(i) Abrasive Belt Grinding Mechanism
1.Equipped with two sets of wide abrasive belt grinding mechanism components, capable of high-speed operation;
2.Core applications: burr removal, oxide layer cleaning, workpiece surface polishing, etc.
(ii) Feeding Worktable
1.The worktable has a sturdy structure, enabling higher-precision processing;
2.The machine has a long service life and excellent operational stability.
(iii) Polishing Roller
1.Adopts 3M polishing roller, which is the core component for high-precision surface polishing;
2.Applicable processes: micro burr removal, surface texture making, matte/mirror finish treatment, decorative texture processing, stainless steel polishing and mirror treatment, etc.
(iv) Control System
