I Description of CNC toroidal nanocrystal core winding machine:

This machine is specially designed for winding very small toroidal cores from very narrow amorphous or nanocrystal ribbons. It can wind amorphous or nanocrystal magnetic cores in very high speed, but not to break the amorphous / nanocrystal strips, even it is super thin, high hardness and high yield strength. 
This machine is upgraded with auto weighing function. Records can be displayed on real time.

This machine is PLC control, HMI operation, auto feeding, winding, cutting, welding and core releasing.
