Auto Motor Core Tester
INTRODUCTION
This motor core tester is designed for measuring the magnetic parameters, such as Magnetic Flux Density (B), Magnetic Field Intensity (H) and Iron Loss (P), for stator cores and toroidal transformer cores.
It is important to evaluate the magnetic performances of the finished cores, since the physical properties, especially the iron loss, of silicon sheet will significantly change during the process from raw material to core due to the processing technologies like ramming lamination and heat treatment.
Note: Applicable stator external diameter of the tester should be less than 330mm.
FEATURES
Test the magnetic parameters for motor stator & rotor cores and coil transformers at 40~500Hz (magnetic flux density B-magnetization H-iron loss value P);
The equipment is suitable for the detection and monitoring of the magnetic permeability of the silicon steel sheet of the motor stator in different frequency bands;
Optimize the design of circular test fixture to maximize the overall accuracy and precision of the instrument;
Equipped with special test tooling, which can meet the requirements of individual testing of test samples.
