I Description of CNC copper pipe flange hole punching machine
This machine is specially designed for punching flange holes on copper pipes in AC conditioners, refrigerators and solar heaters.
This machine adopts "extruder system", forming collars by pushing-out from pipe inside, different to T-drill technology. Flange hole mouth is clean and even, no need further processing. So it is suitable for large scale production.
This machine is 2-axis servo motor driving, capable for punching flange holes on any positions of the pipe (usually in two rows).
