I work process
This product can be widely used in the insulation detection of power systems, including high-voltage switch cabinets, ring network cabinets, voltage/current transformers, transformers (including dry-type transformers), GIS, overhead lines, cables and other equipment insulation status detection, through the following Several indicators to measure the degree of discharge of electrical equipment:
1.Partial discharge intensity detection: Measure the discharge signal in a power frequency cycle, and characterize the intensity of partial discharge according to the maximum value (dB) in the discharge pulse sequence.
2.Partial discharge frequency detection: the device measures the discharge signal in one power frequency cycle, extracts the discharge pulses and characterizes the frequency of partial discharges according to the number of discharge pulses.
II Feature
1.Configure different sensors to achieve partial discharge detection of almost all electrical equipment;
2.The user-friendly HMI facilitates the data management of different devices, including the trace-ability of historical data change trends, horizontal and vertical data analysis, and realizes a 360° comprehensive diagnosis of the tested device;
3.Built-in ultrasonic sensor and TEV sensor, which can be connected with special sensors such as transformers, GIS, overhead lines, and cables;
4.It adopts non-intrusive detection method, no need to power off during the test process, no need to configure additional high voltage source, it is more convenient to use than traditional pulsed partial discharge detector;
5.The test bandwidth range is 30kHz ~ 2.0GHz, suitable for detection principles of various frequency bands.
III Precautions
1. Please use it indoors where the temperature is -20ºC~50ºC and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%;
2. Keep away from flammable and explosive dangerous goods;
3. When the instrument is turned on for the first time, please charge it first, and turn it on only when the charging indicator is on;
4. To prevent interference or leakage accidents, please turn off the power switch when charging;
5. If liquid and corrosive substances come into contact with the instrument, stop using it immediately, shut it down, and have it handled by professionals;
6. All connectors are imported connectors and should be plugged and unplugged;
7. All mainframes and accessories are not allowed to be disassembled, if necessary, they must be disassembled by our company's service personnel.
