Product Description
This CNC stainless steel pipe collaring machine is specially designed for punching same size branch holes as run pipe to be equal tee manifold with four working stations, one station for punching a hole first, the second station for collaring flange hole, the third station for flange hole ID correcting and the forth station for milling flange hole top surface.
This SS pipe collaring machine adopts a working principle similar to T-drill Pulling Tee working method, drawing collar holes by steel ball from external. This method is preferable for equal size branch tee manifold and thick wall reduced Tee manifolds.
2) PLC control, HMI setting, full automatic, only manual loading & unloading
3) Pulling ball returning back to core mandrel automatically
4) Collar hole height milling can be preset
5) More than 200 programs can be saved for different manifold products
6) Hydraulic station is equipped with compulsive electric fan cooling
