I Description of the machine
This taping machine is for taping insulation materials to round wires/cables to become flame-resistant cables.
There are two taping heads, each can tape max. two layers, two for left direction, two for right direction, total 4 layers.
Suitable cables: max. OD 35mm2
Suitable insulation material: MICA tape, aluminum foil, non-woven fabric, etc.
II Buildup of the line: comprised of one gantry type pay-off stand, main machine, one wheel-type towing device, one gantry type take-up stand and electric control system.
