1- Description
XKY-600 is used for forming wheel disc with PLC control.
2- Structural features
1) The frame structure of machine adopts high-quality steel plate welded, which is good stability.

3- Work characteristics
The installation method of rotating wheel adopts the horizontal inclined type.
The advantage is that the largest contact surface with the workpiece can be obtained when the rough rotating wheel is working, and reduce surface indentation of rim which caused by the excessive local force. The fine-rotating wheel can provide better lateral thrust when working, making the product fit more closely with the core mold, and the reverse R-angle forming as shown in the figure is also more perfect and stable.
