Description of tin can plate slitting machine:
This machine line is specially designed for cutting printed plates or bare tin plates for tin can body.
This machine is comprised of auto feeding device, longitudinal slitting machine, vertical slitting machine, transmitting tables, auto stacking table, vacuum absorbing system, electric control system.
This machine has auto counting function and double-plate detecting function (when feeding). The whole cutting machine line is in high automation, high efficiency and high precision.
Automatic pneumatic stacking table is suitable for medium & small size tin can plates; Automatic drop-type stacking table is suitable for large-size tin can plates.
One grinding machine is provided as an accessory for online grinding slitting blades.
