CTJ-40120 Paperboard Batten Shaping Machine
I Description
This machine is designed mainly for slitting and processing the three kinds of forming battens including the shapes of "T", dove-tail and rectangular for transformers. And also it is used to milling and chamfering four planes of a strip, and multiple slitting and chamfering functions for rectangular strips.
II Main Features
There are four cutter shafts. It can process high-quality straight strips and spacer strips. And it also can process multiple slitting rectangular strips at one time.
2.1 The cutter shaft, good stability, convenient adjustment, high speed with 6000 rpm. The machined surface is smooth, perfect and high precise.
2.2 Each cutter shaft is equipped with high power, which can process the four sides of the block strip at one time.
2.3 Compact structure, short distance between the cutter shafts, and high precision.
2.4 The worktable has been plated and hardened, so it is particularly wear-resistant and adapts to the requirements of processing insulating parts.
2.5 The front and back of the table are equipped with two lower power rollers to make the feeding more stable and smooth, to ensure the precision of the workpiece during the processing.
