I Description:
This machine is specially designed for cutting used (second-hand) silicon steel laminations into a new lamination for mitred transformer cores.
This machine has three stations: two fixed cutters and one V notcher.
Positions of two fixed cutter are adjustable, preset on touch screen (HMI); V notching depth is also preset on touch screen.
This machine can cut side limbs & yoke as well as center limbs. When cutting center limbs, it will need twice cutting.
Whole machine is PLC control, HMI operation, very simple and convenient.
