I Description of double head cnc glove knitting machine:
This machine can produce productive gloves, magician gloves, mittens, five finger socks and other gloves.
II Main features of glove knitting machine:
2.1 CNC system: CNC control system is developped by ourselves, controlling servo motors, step motors, screw rods and electromagnets act harmonically, stable transmission, accuracy positioning, adopting flexible braking technology, small movement inertia, small start & stop interval, much better working efficiency.
2.2  Servo system: Servo motors, drivers and ball screws are all imported world famous brands.
2.3 Both heads are driven by servo motor, knitting two gloves simultaneously. Electric consumption is 60% of that for two separate machines.
2.4 Head system: Triangular parts in the head are made of high quality Cr12 steel, fine milled by CNC lathe, vacuum heat treated, having high wear-resistance and impact resistance.
