Main build up

3.1 Precision gearbox wire feeding: imported servo motor is used to feed wire through gear transmission. The 3 groups of 6 wire feeding wheels are adjusted by the cam structure on the upper part of the gearbox to adjust the wire pressing tightness. The wire feeding is high-speed, stable, and accurate with low noise. Two groups of wire guides limit the position of the enameled wire and prevent it from moving. The wire feeding length is unlimited;

3.2 Angle bending and curling mechanism: driven by imported servo with reducer, with high angle bending accuracy and stable cyclic angle bending. The eccentric wheel structure is used for bending or winding. The process is completed with the wire feeding box. The wire controls the length of each side of the square coil, and the core rod controls the R angle of different coils. After the wire bending is completed, the arm servo drives the pneumatic scissors to cut the wire; the angle bending mechanism is divided into large curling and small curling, which can be used to bend or wind flat coils according to the wire diameter.
