300kV/30kJ IMPULSE VOLTAGE TEST SYSTEM
I Description:
This impulse test system is used for carrying out lightning impulse voltage tests on HV apparatus at 35kV or below. The test is conducted with lightning, full wave, standard operating wave and carrier wave.
II Ambient condition

  4. Must be equipped with reliable earthing point and shield room, earthing resistance <0.5Ω!

Features
  1. Structure
a.With Haefely company SGS series main loop circuit design, small type.
b. One cycle every min. of Low speed pinion and rack to adjust sphere gap. No noise, small attrition, the location is fast and accurate.
c. With spring-crimping and plug-in and out Wave adjustment resistance to fix, ensure reliability. The output waveform is smooth.
d. With pulse amplifier of control system, the Synchronous sphere gap has more than 20% trigger range. The trigger is more reliable and the automatic control is convenient.
e. Synchronous sphere gap trigger is no polarity effect. No need bilateral trigger.
  1. Main Capacitors
a. High density Solid capacitor are adopted. Each capacitance is 1μF, DC working voltage is ±100kV, light weight and small size.
b. Deformation of capacitor under normal working status and environment is less than 1mm.
c. With solid insulating medium and shell of dry type full insulation sealing, without the problem of oil leak and deformation

a.Enough thermal capacity for Front resistor and Tail resistor, ensuring continuous operation of generator for long time.
b.Enough thermal capacity for charging resistor, ensuring continuous operation of generator for long time.
c.Slab structure of front and tail resistor. Constantan wire winding with noninductive. The outside is fastened by casting insulation resin.The joint is spring-crimping, easy installation.
d.The connector of front and tail resistor is cut from 3mm cooper wire.

  1. Control System
The main part adopts a fully automatic control system, which fully meets the control function of the impact test. The control system adopts imported devices, and the connection with the main body of the equipment adopts two-core optical cable..
  1. The core components of the control system are sourced from FX2N series programmable controller of Mitsubishi from Japan,With manual and automatic control functions, and almost all the control function can be realized by software program.
  2. Three ways to operate the control and measurement system including manual operation, automatic operation and PC control, so as to improve system reliability.
  3. Fiber connection between control &measurement equipment and high voltage equipment. With this way, electromagnetic interference caused by control lead is eliminated and system function is improved.
