Automatic Lead Acid Battery Double Side Grid Pasting Machine

 

I. Main description
Double-side pasting machine is developed by us on the basis of absorbing the advanced technique of foreign countries. It can finish the procedures such as grid feeding, grid pasting, water pour, and acid pour in one time with the advantages of even grid pasting, no grid deformation, convenient operations, easy maintenance and repair, high productivity.

II. Main Features

2.1 Grid feeding part:
Lengthening this part, safer operation; adjusting the height simply to adapt to a variety of grids.

2.2 Main pasting body: 
The machine main body's transmission and lead paste barrel's variable speed are using Frequency control, realizing the continuously variable. The grids of different thickness can be filled;
Lengthening the driven roller and still the pasting conveyor belt to 2050 mm (reducing the phenomenon appearing in other pasting machine: small diameter of driven roller results in stretching the pasting conveyor belt), effectively extending the life of conveyor belt; using a unique quantitative paste out design, reducing the waste of lead paste and the production costs;
Using double-decker lead paste barrel design, to avoid the lead paste into the bearing which will lead to the big error in weight and thickness and the phenomenon of stirring shaft and squeezing paste roller easy to break; effectively solving the problem of the high failure rate and difficult to repair.
The lead paste barrel uses the centralized lubrication, easy to maintain.

2.3 Acid pouring part:
 The acid pouring part and all the acid contact parts use acid-resistant stainless steel (including the screws, racks, etc.);
 The acid pouring roller is designed by our company: the complete roller, to avoid the phenomenon appearing in other pasting machine: after using some time, the roller is corrosive and broken because they using the half-roller plus welding way.
The transition roller uses special materials to solve the problem of easy to stick to the paste.
