Vacuum Brazing furnace for Plate &amp; Fin Aluminum Heat Exchanger Radiator Intercooler Oil Cooler
I. Description of vacuum brazing furnace:
ZLQ series vacuum aluminum brazing furnace is mainly for brazing aluminum fin panel heat exchanger and other aluminum products in vacuum & low-temperature condition.
It can be also used for vacuum annealing and tempering.
This furnace is full automatic control, with supervising, tracking and self-diagnosing functions.
Measurement units of all components and meters adopt SI standard.

III. Working flow of vacuum brazing furnace
3.1 Load workpiece pallets on the trolley, manually open door, feed trolley into furnace bed
3.2 Manually close door, lock door seal (pneumatic)
3.3 Start vacuum system, start each stage vacuum pump according to vacuity requirement
3.4 Heat according to temperature-curve
3.5 After finishing heating, keep temperature and decrease temperature according to temperature curve
3.6 Decrease furnace inner pressure to atmosphere, open door. 
3.7 Take out workpiece.
Note: All above operations will be done according to pre-set time and controlled by program automatically, except for below operations:
 1) ON/OFF of main switch
 2) START/STOP cooling gas source
 3) START/STOP water cooling system
 4) ON/OFF of measuring meters
 5) OPEN/CLOSE of vacuum valve button
 6) Loading/unloading
 7) Setting temperature-curve parameters


IV Structure illustration of vacuum brazing furnace:
4.1 Furnace body
- Designed according to high-pressure vacuum vessel standard requirements
- Furnace door locking is driven by pneumatic
- Body is horizontal cylinder type, double-layer carbon steel, cooling water  inside the interlayer.
- Body has inlets for vacuum system, temperature measuring system, gas cooling system, heating system, etc.
4.2 Heating system
- Total 6 heating zones, nickel chromium belt heater, hanging type installation.
- Each zone has a therocouple, high precision temperature control
- Temperature-keeping shield adopts 4-layer stainless steel, our Patent design, assuring quick & even heating workpiece, as well as avoiding cooling gas damaging heating room, lengthening life of heating room.
- The outer layer stainless steel thickness 1mm; other three layer thickness 0.5mm.
- Special heating electrode design with water cooling, reducing temperature of contactor, no damage to vacuum seals, assuring vacuity of furnace.
- Rack inside furnace is made with stainless steel and porcelain insulators.
- Heating room has two row wheels in bottom for maintenance.
4.3 Vacuum system
- HL-150 slide valve pump 11kW, one
- ZJP1200 roots pump 11kW, one
- KT-1200 diffusion pump 30kW, one
- 2X-15 process pump, one
- GDQ1200 vacuum flapper valve, one
- GDQ250 vacuum flapper valve, two

4.4 Electric control system
- Comprised of LED mimic screen, tem-control meters and PLC, manual/auto control, auto detecting & recording process engineering parameters.
- Two Eurotherm microcomputers 2640, controlling 6 zone temperature
- LED displaying all setting data and process value, control conditions, etc.
- Omron PLC for controlling and interlocking vacuuming, heating and cooling actions
- Paperless recorder for displaying and recording process curve, related data, alarm, etc, with USB interface
- Safety system: Self-detecting, self-diagnosing, auto protecting, avoiding misoperation, whenever no water, over-temperature, over-current, vacuum pumps overloaded. There is also voice and light alarming and related interlock protection.
- Total 50 programs and 500 curves can be saved
4.5 Pneumatic system: comprised of imported oil-mist separator, joints, selector valve and pipeline, etc.
4.6 Water cooling system: comprised of distributor, joints, valves, pipeline and electric contact pressure meter (water chiller will be provided by Customer)
4.7 Loading/unloading trolley: Motorized, complete with rail, rack, limit and control system
