FLASH BUTT WELDING MACHINE FOR STEEL WHEEL RIM

I Feature

1. Horizontal type, four clamping arms are cast steel, PLC control, hydraulic speed control, touch screen, linear guide oriented.
2. Hydraulic clamping, hydraulic upsetting.
3. Upsetting, clamping, pre-heating and pressure all can be controlled separately
4. The movable steel board together with the whole set of the machine adopts linear guiding guide
5. The main transformer is equipped with temperature control device inside.
6. It has both no pulse function and pulse function.
7. How it works: Move the plate forward - The welding current rises to the set value - the warm-up time is reached - the plate move back - move the plate forward rapidly when the welding current is released to 0 - after the warm-up level is reached -turn burning -top forging - Clamp release - moving plate back into original place
