I Description of full-automatic car radiator tank clinching machine
This full-automatic radiator tank clinching machine is our state-of-the-art design for crimping plastic water tank with header plate of radiator.
This machine has only one working station, both two long edges and two short edges of header plates will be clinched in one cycle automatically.
This machine processes high automation, suitable for most type of existing water tanks.

-- PLC control, HMI operation, servo driven, automatic clinching
-- Automatic leaving gap for tank mouth, idle stroke quick moving, suitable for various plastic tank clinching.
-- PLC control, technological parameters can be preset and displayed on HMI.
-- Quick and easy changing clinching tool for other size tanks
-- Many units radiator tank parameters can be saved and recalled.
-- Both auto and manual control methods available. Auto method is for working, and manual method is for sampling & testing.
-- Safety measures: alarming lamp, actions interlock, safety grating ruler
