I Description of KXJ-063 CNC hot air bonding bobbinless coil winding machine:
A stand alone fully automatic system for winding hot air bonded air cored coils using wire coated with thermo-plastic adhesive. The wire is heated by the hot air supply as it is wound onto the coil, and the turns are bonded together by the adhesive. The finished coil is removed from the tooling and automatically ejected from the machine.
Applications include: RFID coils. laser heads, voice coils, magnet coils, sensor coils, vibrator coils and pancake motor coils.
