I Description
The lead pellets cutted by this machine are of good shape and approximate spherical shape, which is suitable for lead powder machine, and the lead powder machine would have a high powder yield.
The machine cuts the lead plate into lead pellets at one time through a special rolling die, which is well formed and has a low failure rate.
It can work continuously for 20 hours under the ambient temperature of -10ºC~50ºC, relative humidity ≤90%, and rated load, and its performance is stable.

III Main Characteristic
3.1 Lead ingot conveyor:
It is for lead ingot storage and transmission. It cooperates with lead ingot feeding mechanism to realize automatic feeding function, including lead ingot step-by-step transportation, lead ingot detection, automatic return, lack of material signal alarm, and lead ingot feeding.
15-20 lead ingots can be stored at the same time.
3.2 Lead ingot feeding mechanism:
It is for realizing the lead ingot automatically enters the first rolling.
It contains a lifting mechanism and a push-in cylinder. The lead ingot is transported to the limit plate, the sensor detects the signal in place, and the jacking cylinder is lifted to the position. After receiving the feeding signal of the rolling mill, the lead ingot is pushed by the pusher cylinder to feed a rolling mill to complete the feeding action.
3.3 Rolling machine:
It is for rolling lead ingots into lead plates.
It contains the lead ingot automatic feeding, feeding limit, rolling roll making belt, automatic lifting, automatic detection of feeding and discharging. Including lead belt automatic feeding and conveying, blocking detection, and discharging conveying. The cylinder needs to be used normally under the working condition of 0.45-0.5MPa air pressure.
3.4 Cutting mechanism
  1. It can cut the lead plate directly to lead pellets(approximately spherical), which is suitable for use in lead powder machines. It contains the hob cutting, gear synchronous transmission, automatic material return-back;
  2. The host is equipped with a current detection device and has the functions of automatic shutdown and alarm for over-current; With alarm and automatic shutdown functions.
  3. Process flow:
  1. The lead ingot is conveyed to the inlet of the rolling mill through the conveyor, and the lead ingot is pushed into the first rolling mill by the air cylinder. After the completion, the lead ingot is pushed into the second rolling mill through the slideway and then pushed into the second rolling mill to be rolled into a lead plate. Conveyed to the cutting device through the lead belt drive mechanism, and cut to be the lead pellets.
Thestructure is reasonable, and the failure rate is low, it can save energy and electricity.
b. It has manual and automatic functions:
Manual and automatic state with interlock protection (automatic shutdown of failure, motor overload protection, automatic shutdown of transportation jam), fault display, sound and light alarm.
